650 g | apples (about 4) |
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven: 180 degrees).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips approx. 5 cm thick and the apples into very thin slices.
- Sprinkle the puff pastry with a little cinnamon and sugar and place the slices on the puff pastry. Make sure that half of the apple slices overlap. Then roll up the pastry strips and place in muffin tins. Brush the pastry with egg yolk.
- Bake the roses in the preheated oven for 15-20 min.
